I've been buying Skagen watches for over 15 years. We love them the quality. However, when I went to make a purchase yesterday on the website, I kept getting error messages that said to call customer service. Waited on hold for 10 minutes, then on the line with a useless customer service agent for over 30 minutes. Only to be told that they're going to look into it and get back to me within an hour.
Here we are in the next day, still no call. So I reached out to them on Twitter. They told me to send them a DM, but their DMs are disabled. So they fixed that, and reached out to me on Twitter, so I told them the problem. No answer.
Now today, I pinged back for response. And all I keep getting as a reply is "how can we help you?".
Seriously the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.
Ordered a watch and the delivery address was incorrect. Have called numerous times and have been bounced around. Customer service is awful and issue still not rectified.

Love the design, quality is suspect. I have 4 Skagen watches. The last two (Chronographs) are unreliable. Work, then stop working. New batteries, same issue.
I've always been a fan a Skagen. However, recently I purchased an engraved Skagen for a Father's Day gift. Unfortunately, though it stated engraved on the receipt 8t wasn't engraved at all. When I called about it the guy was kind of rude and short. He said either send it back or take it to get engraved. Ugh. Seriously, this company has changed for the worst.

You will be sorry. Product was not fit for purpose still awaiting refund for products returned in April.
One product was returned twice takes 6 weeks to get back and both times nothing had been done
I honestly can't believe that I am not getting support on this watch.
I have been writing to support for ages, and I only get dimwitted responses in German about sending them the watch, but then they only ship to Germany. I am not in Germany, and I want a full refund on the watch. You are welcome to have your trash product back in the post once you send me a postage label. To make things worse, my band fell off in the middle of the street, and now I can't even wear it as a purely ornamental time-telling device. Pls kindly send a full refund, this is getting ridiculous. I bought the watch in August and has been begging for support since December. Never has a product caused so much frustration. It is slow, it never does what I want it to do, and I can't even freaking wear it now. I once spent 15 mins trying to start exercise tracking and completely missed the first part of my class bc of tapping on the idiotic watch.
Kindly send a refund, because this watch from the bowels of hell is not worth it.

AVIOD!! I ordered a watch from this company in December. When the watch arrived it wasn’t working. I sent it back for repairs. Since then Skagen has not replaced it or repaired it or given me a refund. It is unbelievable!
Very upset and annoyed with this company. Accepts orders then cancels without explanation. Then when questioned state they had no stock. Returned two items November 2020 still no refund.

I had to come onto this and say my disgust on how the customer service is with Skagen watches.
Brought a smart watch from them, promised it would deliver before Christmas, it didn't and arrived late, when charged it for the 1st time it over heated and blew, there customer services are working from the 1980s and respond when there bothered, advice don't buy from skagen
I love Skagen watches. I have bought a couple in the past, and bought one this year for my husband for Christmas. I called on the 22nd to make sure It would get here on time. I paid for expedited shipping with my order and the customer service rep assured me it would be here for the holiday. I called today on the 24th because I still hadn’t gotten a shipping notification, and the customer service rep told me it was out of stock and would “probably be cancelled”. Nothing he could do, and if I replaced the item with something else it still would not get here for Christmas. I was not notified about this at all and now do not have a present to give him. Will never buy from this company again.
This company is appalling! The watch I bought broke 3 times, the first within 3 months of buying it and getting your money back is almost impossible!
Oversold a watch model and only sent the "free gift". Skagen didnt notify me they were out of stock and just kept my money. Waited for about 2hrs on hold before I gave up and sent an email. Dont ever "press 1 to leave a call back number", doesnt work and you will have to call back and wait. Hopefully the watch ships or I get a refund but since I cant get a hold of anyone I may have just donated to Skagen. Absolute garbage customer service, I'll stick to other watch brands that show a shred of competence with their customer service.

I've tried to put in an order about five or six times and it keeps instructing me to call customer service. When I call customer service it says it's outside of their business hours and disconnects. There's absolutely no explanation as to why the order is not going through. This is absolutely repulsive. the worst customer service ever.
